Happy New Year

Celebrating the New Year with good friends, I enjoyed a great meal at Jasper’s in Plano, TX tonight. Jasper’s is one of the Dallas areas best restaurants from famed Iron Chef Kent Rathbun.

This is first dessert I have ordered in quite some time (more on the diet I have been on later).

Rocky Road Ice Cream Sandwich

This delicious treat has two chocolate cookies sandwiching a toasted marshmallow, vanilla ice cream rolled in nuts with chocolate and caramel sauce. 

Only took a bite but what a sweet way to start maintenance!
