Hungry for lunch and found this unusual option at Hillcrest’s Chocolat bistro. Homemade Cacao ravioli filled with Ricotta & mashed potatoes topped w/ porcini cream mushroom sauce. Shaves of dark chocolate melted on the plate added just the right flavor hint of my favorite ingredient. Strangely good!
