Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate in a blender. Pulse until smooth.
Pour into a glass, and sprinkle chopped chocolate on top. Enjoy!

½ scoop chocolate protein powder of your choice
¼ TSP peppermint extract
1 TBSP cocoa powder
½ oz chopped dark chocolate, for topping (optional)
1 g of stevia sweetener
A handful of ice
