Perfect breakfast for a lazy Sunday morning



In a food processor, combine almonds, pecans, coconut, oats and cacao.

Add dates, agave, vanilla and sea salt. Process to form a dough.

I used 1/4 cup of batter per doughnut. Roll into a ball and slightly / gently flatten. Using an apple corer, make your doughnut hole.

Place the doughnuts on the mesh dehydrator sheet.

Dehydrate at 105 degrees for about 6-8 hours.

Decorate as you desire.


1 cup almonds, finely ground

1 cup pecans, finely ground

1/2 cup coconut flakes, finely ground

1/2 cup oats, finely ground

1/2 cup cacao powder

8 soft pitted dates

1/4 cup agave nectar

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp sea salt
