Premium Chocolate Mud Cupcakes

Chocolate topped with more chocolate and decorated with chocolate. Sounds like a sinful dream. With minimal effort you can have these amazing cupcakes prepared in your own kitchen.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Line 12 muffin-cup mold with baking paper.
In a medium saucepan add butter, chocolate, hot water, coffee, and Kahlua and cook over low heat until chocolate and butter are melted. Remove from heat, add sugar and stir to combine. Set aside for a few minutes, to cool.
Combine flours and cocoa and sift over the chocolate mixture.
Whisk the egg into another bowl and add into the mixture. Combine and pour into the already prepared muffin-pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.
Preparing the glaze:
Put dark chocolate and sour cream into a small skillet and heat over low heat to melt. When smooth, remove from heat. Spread over the cakes and decorate with chocolate shavings.

130 gr butter (at room temperature)

2 tablespoons instant coffee (powder)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
50 ml Kahlua liqueur (or any other coffee liqueur)
Chocolate shavings (to decorate)
