Melty milk chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and toasty marshmallows. All the fun of s'mores without the campfire or messy hands!
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Lightly spray a skillet or other oven-safe baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Layer the chocolate chips in the skillet. Drizzle the peanut butter over the chocolate (I place the peanut butter in a little baggie, and then snip the corner to pipe it on).
Layer the marshmallows halves evenly over the peanut butter and chocolate.
Bake for 9-10 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden brown. Serve with graham crackers immediately.
1 1/2 cups chocolate (broken up Hershey's bars or chocolate chips)
1/4 cup peanut butter
approximately 2 cups large marshmallows, cut in halves
graham crackers for dipping
