Directions
Heat the oven to 350F. Line an 9X9" baking pan with parchment paper.
Remove the Oreo pie crust from the package and add the crumbs to the prepared baking pan. With your fingers press the crumbs evenly on the bottom of the baking pan. Set aside.
Unwrap all the Hershey's kisses and arrange them over the Oreo crust.
In a small saucepan add 1/2 cup butter and 3 oz chocolate chips and cook, over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate and butter are melted, combined and silky smooth.
Add the chocolate mixture to a mixing bowl. With the paddle attachment on, start beating the chocolate on low speed for 5 minutes or until slightly cooled.
Optional you can leave to cool at room temperature.
Beat in 1 cup sugar and without turning the mixer off, add the 2 eggs, one at a time.
Pour the brownie batter over the mint truffle kisses.
To make cheesecake layer, in a mixing bowl add the cream cheese, sugar and the remaining egg in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth and creamy. Add enough food color to reach the desired green color.
Spread the cheesecake layer over the brownie batter.
Bake in preheated oven for 35-37 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely at room temperature.
To decorate, melt 1 oz chocolate chips and drizzle it over the entire pan before cutting into bars.
