These cookies turned out to be very rich and CHOCO-LICIOUS and the fruit loops added a nice crunch and a FRUITY taste.

Directions

In a mixing bowl, add butter and sugar.

Cream the butter and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy

Add eggs and extracts and mix again.

Add cocoa powder and mix again.

Add flour (1/2 cup at a time) and mix until everything is just combined.

Now, add the chocolate chips.

At this point, I like to just use my hands to knead the dough and make sure everything is thoroughly combined.

The dough will be very thick but don’t worry… that’s the way it’s supposed to be :)

Make balls of this dough and roll them on a tray filled with crushed Fruit loops.

You will have to really press the cookie dough balls into the Fruit Loops so that they stick to the cookies

If the dough is very crumbly and you are having a hard time making balls, then add a little milk (1 tbsp at a time) and knead the dough agin.

Place these Fruit Loop covered chocolate cookie dough balls on a cookie tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
