On my Chocolate Ecstasy Tour I I stopped by award winning chocolatier Paul A. Young Fine Chocolates to stock up on all my Sea Salted Caramel Billionaire Shortbread! Everything in the shop is made by hand in an onsite kitchen, thus guaranteeing freshness. One bite of the shortbread and you are hooked!
