Oven bake or just roast the marshmallows on the fire for a quick and easy s'more!

Directions
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Place half of the cookies upside down (chocolate side up) on a cookie sheet
Then place the marshmallows on top of the cookies.
Top each marshmallow with another cookie right side up.
Bake for 5-7 minutes. As soon as the marshmallows are getting soft and melted, they are ready to eat!
