Chocolate Moon Pie

Happy #NationalChocolateMousseDay everyone! One of my favorite desserts to eat for this holiday is Pappas Bros. Steakhouse’s Chocolate Moon Pie! It’s got a thick block of taut chocolate mousse that stands nearly 6 inches tall, with a ladle of GODIVA chocolate ganache and a jaunty house-made marshmallow, its edges singed. It is surrounded by crème anglaise and a sprinkling of Heath Bar crunch…it’s a hall of fame dessert for sure!
